Spring:
- Spring Cleanup – de-thatch all lawn areas, remove litter and winter debris, remove sand and stone from lawn edges, edge all lawn and garden beds, prep all garden beds and weed, trim trees of winter damage and for structure.
- Provide spring fertilizer for lawn areas.
- Commence weekly cut and trim of all lawn areas, pick up and dispose of all debris (general litter cleanup), trim all lawns and garden edges.

- Commence weekly garden maintenance.
- Planting of Annuals (NEVER before May 24th due to Jack Frost)
Summer:
- Continued weekly cut and trim and debris cleanup.

- Provide weekly garden maintenance (for weeds).
Fall:
- Continued weekly cut and trim and debris cleanup.
- Continued garden maintenance (for weeds).
- Provide fall fertilizer to lawn areas (the MOST important application of the year for a healthy lawn).
- Fall cleanup – debris and leaf cleanup (after trees have defoliated).
- Removal of annual flowers (if any) and winterizing of perennials.
