MMD Property Services offers complete year round property services to the Durham region and is based in Bowmanville, Ontario. Our contracts are offered on both an annual and seasonal basis, and we service both residential and commercial properties.

As a company we have been looking after the properties of Durham since 1997 and have operated as a division of Birk’s Landscaping since 2004. MMD has a fully trained staff with over 30 years of combined property maintenance experience including; Fully Licenced weed and pest control, shrub trimming, re-sodding, plantings and general lawn care maintenance. We also have extensive experience in winter maintenance, such as snow clearing, removal, and de-icing.
